CNA Hello Pizza
How can an English student in São Paulo experience real-life situations in another country to learn English?
CNA, Brazil's language school, partnered with a pizzaria in Los Angeles and arranged for students in São Paulo to take pizza orders of customers in California, allowing them to talk to native speakers in real-life situations.

The Tech Solution
We used 3 different technologies to implement this concept:
1- A specially developed MOBILE APP that drives the action.
2- WebRTC technology that intercepts a normal call and transfer it via VoIP to the app.
3- a PRINTER that was designed to receive, in Los Angeles, the orders taken by students in São Paulo
Student's mobile app to receive calls via VoIP, place orders, calculate orders discount and suggests subjects for small talks.
IoT printer located in LA that automatically receive orders.
