Hello there!

I am Victor Hugo Odo, a 33 year old Information technology, project management and software engineering professional with 18 years of experience. I have worked in large global companies such as Havas Worldgroup, McCann Worldgroup, Isobar, FCB and Naked Communications. I started my career as a programmer when I was 16, and I was lucky to work with amazing people who taught me a lot and gave me the opportunity to be a team leader at the age of 19, technology team manager since I was 20 and a director at the age of 29.

I live in São Paulo, Brazil, and work as Delivery Director & Information Technology Director dedicated to BETC Havas, Havas Health & You and Havas CX, all belonging to the french conglomerate Havas Group.

My main role is to design and implement technological solutions that solve real business problems for my clients. To achieve this, I design the solution itself, which can manifest itself as digital platforms for large portals, e-commerces, AI based solutions, CRM teams, automation systems to gain productivity, martech solutions, scaled assets, or even as a beautiful and award-winning conceptual project.

I also design and price the structures of high-performance teams that will be necessary in the processes of developing, implementing and supporting solutions, in addition, of course, to all the needs for tools, infrastructure and partners to make the project viable, delivering accurate budgets and resulting in schedules suited to the challenges.

From an early age, I developed a passion for investments and venture capital, which led me to master accounting and analysis of assets in the capital markets. This expertise was reflected in my approach to the control sectors of the companies I worked for, where I sought to apply my knowledge to contribute to the success of the organizations.
